Need a custom machine; it’s what we excel at. Gluco is currently building a 2 station, 300 ton rotary machine with a 100” diameter rotary table where the 1st station will be a horizontal injection 54 ounce barrel and the 2nd station will be a 3 ounce vertical inject unit that will provide the over molding.

Gluco now offers sophisticated Gefran controllers on all of its vertical molding machines. Gefran controls are available on rotaries, shuttles and single station machines. Along with Gefran, we also offer a full array of Allen Bradley PLC’s and screens to suit the needs of every customer.

In January 2011, Gluco became the exclusive distributor and service center for Chen Hsong for the United States and Canada. Gluco makes vertical injection molding machines and Chen Hsong is one of the world leaders in the production of horizontal injection molding machines. Based in Jenison, MI Gluco supplies all service, parts and sales for Chen Hsong.
