Large Tonnage Vertical Clamp Injection Molding Machines

The direct acting clamp cylinder is located directly above the clamp area ensuring your clamp force is spread evenly over the entire platen area allowing no deflection, giving you clean high tolerance flash free parts. The platen rides up and down on 4 polished tie bars for smooth even clamping motion. Available as a single station or you can add an in/out shuttle, left/right shuttle or a 2-4 station rotary table for automation and increased cycle times. The horizontal injection unit has an easy to operate single point height adjustment for quick mold change.
