The GLUCO Model 5E5 is an up acting, pneumatically powered machine, incorporating 1, 2 or 3 transfer pots. The exclusive GLUCO "C" frame design with pre-stressed tie rods minimizes platen deflection, which can cause flashing on molded parts produced on conventional "C" frame machines.

The 7 1/2" clamp stroke, plus unobstructed access to 3 sides of the mold, improves operator comfort and productivity.

The machine operator would load preforms into the transfer pots and then begin the molding cycle by depressing dual palm buttons. Upon full press closure, the machine cycles through a fully automatic sequence to transfer the material, cure and finally open for finished part ejection.
