Gluco's new 30 ton ultra rigid C frame press is designed for insert molding accommodating today's trimless mold technology by allowing for littler or no deflection. The rigid frame offers an open architecture allowing for extrusion inserts on all 3 sides of the molding area as well as being wide open in the back to allow for tooling core pull cylinders and auxiliaries can be built to mold strip fed rubber TPE's. A simple injection unit conversion means your capital investment need no longer be tied to one process of molding just rubber or TPE. The new Gluco is built with all hydraulics and electrics in place for you to do the conversion at your convenience.
