Maximizing service and support to our customers means going beyond trouble-free machines and on-time delivery. We offer training for your operators, supervisors, setup and maintenance people in our plant or yours. To reduce your service costs, most problems are easily handled by phone; however, our service people are available for on-site assistance.
In addition, we have a unique machine trouble-shooting, reprogramming, and repair service via a modem from our computer to your machine. As our machines are designed and built in the U.S.A., parts are readily available from our plant and often from sources in your area. Most parts orders go out the same day received
